I'm based in west midlands and looking to do some AW. I've been into grip & grappling for a while, and just looking to try something new. like alot of people, i AW'd at school for a bit of bragging status and occasionally down the pub with half-drunken friends.

I saw my first pro pull at the SENI show at NEC in 2006 (I think). I remember talking to someone from MK (quite possibly Mr Kirlew) and becoming interested in AW. It disappeared off my radar for some years and i've recently got the urge. I must say that it pleasantly suprised me to see how this sport has grown & developed.

I'm on other grip related forums with the same stupid name
